Dragonair

Dragonair, my favorite Pokemon! I dunno what to think of this turnout, I like it on one hand but it looks wierd on the other x3 Uhh, Dragonair's actually pretty hard to draw, more difficult than I thought at first (or maybe I just suck xD)
